I've been a fitness educator and a nutrition coach in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years. I have helped women from all over the world with different levels of fitness and nutrition experience ranging from high level performance athletes to fitness enthusiasts to achieve their desired RESULTS.

* Group zoom coaching call in which we focus on creating effective and realistic goals with a clear cut action plan that I can help you achieve in 4 weeks.​

* Nutritional framework plan to help you stay on track, macronutrient calculations and calories done for you according to your individual goals.

* ​1-hour weekly group zoom call to discuss the week and troubleshoot any             challenges, as well as to set the next weeks goals.

* A structured day by day guided virtual plan with training sessions incorporated in a chronological order to take the guess work out for you completely!
