BREAK FREE OF COMPULSIVE AND DESTRUCTIVE EATING HABITS AND PATTERNS
The technical definition of emotional eating is eating to escape, numb, change or amplify our feelings. Emotional eating is far from clear cut. We ALL have different ways of defining it based on our personal experiences and ways of processing information. Emotional eating, is your relationship with eating based on your food choices and your emotional motivation behind those choices! To break free of cycles and patterns, we have got to explore our emotions, identify their triggers in order to create new behaviors that stick! The only way out is through! ACHIEVING EMOTIONAL FREEDOM How much would it mean to you to be able to free yourself from the emotional grip that your food choices have on you? What would you gain from freeing yourself once and for all from the powerlessness you feel when it comes to food? How would your life be different if you could finally feel in control of how you process your emotions without feelings of guilt or shame from the default patterns of compulsive behaviors you unconsciously resort to? FORGING YOUR WHOLE HEALTH Understanding what the 4 pillars that make up our “whole health” are, and how each of these pillars affects our overall health is a key indicator of how and where we choose to focus our energy and derive our goal purpose from! Learning how to exercise our “individual best practices” to create harmony across these pillars will be crucial to creating any lasting change in our habits or behaviors. |

What will I learn?
In 56 days you will:
- Have significantly shifted patterns of binge and/or emotional eating - your life no longer revolves around food or “I shouldn’t be doing this" moments.
- No longer rely on diets (or their sneaky counterparts; cleanses, meal plans, calorie counting) to dictate decisions around your health.
- Uncover your internal compass and tap into your self empowerment from within - by creating a heightened level of self awareness and knowing how to support yourself when unhelpful thinking arises and effectively respond to it.
- Feel safe practicing mindful and intuitive eating - learn to identify, balance and respond to internal cues (thoughts, feelings, physical body cues) with external influences (science, culture, community and family) and use your nutritional knowledge to help you tune in to your body, rather than creating or relying on “FOOD RULES” to keep you “in check”.
- Moving or exercising with intention and deliberation, and doing things that give you joy and make you feel good.
The first 3-4 weeks of creating any habit changes are usually the most challenging.
It takes an average of 21-28 days to make a habit change and then it becomes easier to make additional changes.
It takes an average of 66 days for new habits to become automatic.
These 8 weeks will ensure that you are able to show up fully, commit to one habit change at a time without feeling overwhelmed and complete the 56 days feeling confident that you have created lasting change that you are able to hold on to long past the program has ended!
