Over the course of 28 days you will be challenged. You will be put to the test mentally and physically.
The physical part of the program shouldn't be a problem as where most people tend to fail is with the mental aspect and follow through. If you've already read this far into this page then you are NOT "most people". It is crucial to your success that from day 1 you commit yourself to sticking to the plan 110%. If you happen to slip up, shake it off and get yourself back on track immediately. One slip up can often lead to another quickly if you allow it to do so.
